Rothe Engineering & Construction was founded in 2003 by Richard Rothe with the goal of helping people interested in building a home or developing land. Because of licensing and insurance requirements we reformed into the two companies your see above in 2007. We offer the unique service of being a one stop shop for all the needs associated with buying and developing real estate. Richard is a professional engineer licensed in NY and offers his clients a full spectrum of engineering services including subdivisions, construction plans, septic designs and site plan development.
